Salman Khan puts ‘Dus Ka Dum’ on hold

While the gossip-mills are still doing overtime on the TV war between Big B and Salman Khan, news has it that Big B’s ‘Kaun Banega Crorepatti’ act had no role to play in the delay of Salman Khan’s show ‘Dus Ka Dum’. As opposed to before reports which confirmed that it was the channel’s keenness to promote Amitabh’s second innings on TV which caused the delay in Salman’s show, sources now reveal that it was Salman’s offensive demands that led to the delay of his show.

Confirming the news, a source said, “Salman himself has put his show on hold till the channel agrees to his demands. And his demand has got nothing to do with himself as usual, it’s for one of his brothers — actor-turned-producer Sohail Khan.”Strange as it may seem, but Salman wants the channel to take on two shows that his younger brother has produced.

And only after the channel agrees to Salman’s demand will he come on the negotiating table for ‘Dus Ka Dum’. “If all goes well between the channel and Salman, then his show will go on air around Diwali just like Big B’s ‘KBC’.

Nikhil leaves Salman Khan for SRK

Bollywood actor Nikhil Dwivedi has done a return in Shahrukh Khan camp. He will be soon accompanying SRK and his family in FIFA Cup finals. Nikhil has begun his acting innings under the shade of SRK who presented his film My Name is Anthony Gonsalvis. And soon their association took one step ahead by becoming friends.

However, in recent times, Nikhil was heard to have parted ways with SRK and interestingly was spotted in Salman Khan’s parties. And now he is back in SRK family.Well, Nikhil’s exit from Salman’s camp is definitely evident with this act. And what made him leave and now join SRK is also best known to him; but he seems to be playing his cards well.

However, wonder what Salman has to say after having the news of Nikhil joining SRK?

Salman Pushes Manjarekar’s Retirement Away

Mahesh Manjarekar can not have his own say as long as friend Salman Khan is anywhere around. Everytime Mahesh decides to end his Bollywood career.

Sallu steps in and his plans of retirement goes for a toss. At first, it was Salman’s home production “Dabangg”, in which Salman coaxed Mahesh into playing the role of Sonakshi Sinha’s father.

Next Salman decided to drag Mahesh by the neck and made him join the cast of Anees Bazmi’s “Ready” for which the actor is currently shooting in Colombo.

The decision was so sudden that Mahesh still has no idea which role he is supposed to play. “Salman said you have to do it. I know, I decided I won’t be acting any more. But you can’t say no to Salman.

He said, ‘You’re in ‘Ready’ and you’re part of my family in the film. Beyond that all I know is I play a positive role for a change,” said the actor.

Salman Khan turns editor

Bolywood actor Salman Khan’s penchant for writing is well known, and the actor tried his hand at it by scripting Veer. But of late, Salman has developed an interest in editing too. Salman is presently busy shooting for Dabangg, but sources say the actor is involved in the editing process as well. The film editor is not allowed to edit or snip a single scene without Salman having a look at it.

Once the actor gives the go ahead, the editing process takes place, our source said. “Since Veer did not do well, Salman wants to ensure that the same mistakes aren’t repeated. Ever since the success of Wanted, Salman takes a keen interest in every aspect of his films. He has taken a leaf out of Aamir Khan’s book and is now making sure that he pays attention to every ‘department’ of filmmaking.

All this is because he wants his films to do well at the box office,” the source claimed.

Which happened in Colombo, Sri Lanka recently, was completely mesmerized by the its beauty so much.

That he convinced the maker of his forth coming film ‘Ready’ to shoot in Sri Lanka. Initially Mauritius was finalized.

As a location for ‘Ready’, but giving to will of Salman, the makers are contemplating about Sri Lanka.

This decision of changing the location from Mauritius to Sri Lanka has earned the wrath of South.

Indian Film Chamber of Commerce (SIFCC), and they are planning to launch a non co-operation motion against the film.

Talking to media, L Suresh, the General Secretary of SIFCC observed, “If the news is true, we will announce a non-cooperation motion against the film. ” Only time will tell what kind of non co-operation SIFCC is thinking of. “Now, we’ll only take action against someone who wants to shoot upcoming films in Sri Lanka. We don’t want inconvenience for producers, distributors and producers.”

Interestingly, South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce has backed out from its earlier plans of going against the actors who attended and participated in the IIFA celebrations in Colombo. Meantime, Salman Khan’s Dabang is about to release in September this year. Like Amir Khan, he also feels that the film, which releases during Eid does good business. Wanted is case in point.

Salman Khan: Walks his 6 pack and fab body talk

Salman Khan is Bollywood’s original six pack hero. His body hasn’t even lost its sheen despite being 45 years old. It still remains the same with women ogling at it and the men wanting to be like him. Salman Khan is dedicated to his body and does not lose out on even a day’s training.

When he was currently shooting in Wai for the film Dabanng opposite debutante Sonakshi Sinha, the actor didn’t miss out on the chance to tone his body, even though there were no gym facilities. Smart hunk that he is, he came up with a new routine- Walking.

The fitness freak Salman chose to walk all the way from his hotel to the shooting location every day. Well Salman does set a great example of being dedicated and humble toward his fitness regime. As he grows older Salman just gets better-n- better.
